Bangkok is the capital and most populous city of #Thailand. It is known in Thai as Krung Thep Maha Nakhon or simply Krung Thep. The world #1 most visited city. Bangkok lacks a single distinct central business district. Instead, the areas of Siam and Ratchaprasong (an intersection and a shopping district named after it, in Pathum Wan District) serve as a "central shopping district" containing many of the bigger malls and commercial areas in the city.
